Free Cancellation: cancellation up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. For subsequent cancellations, 100% will be retained.
If the activity is canceled due to bad weather, the client can decide to change the date and/or time or receive a full refund.
If the customer renounces the activity, no refund will be made.
In the case of Diving Courses, once the digital kit is opened, the deposit cannot be returned.
In the case of Try Dive Experience, a refund cannot be made if the medical authorization is not provided when required.
